	Desperately searching for somewhere in York!
Seeking	Terraced House in York, Yorkshire, York, England from 26 Jun 2009
Budget	500 GBP per Month
	We're currently living on a building site thanks to our landlords, ad paying £530 a monthish for the privelage of being woken up at 730 every morning by builders with drills. It doesn't matter if the property is furnished or unfurnished, but 2 bedrooms (or enough room in the front room for a sofabed) would be preferred. We can't stay in a studio flat; there are 2 of us, both with VERY big families who like to appear on the doorstep. My partner works full time, and I am a student who also works 16 hours a week, both in very stable jobs. We don't need parking space as neither of us drive, we don't smoke, we have no children (or any intention of having them in the near future!)and although we're considering getting a couple of goldfish we won't if they're not allowed. We'll be in York for at bare minimum the next 1-2 years, so no short term lets unless we can renew them, please! We'll need to give notice here, unfortunately, so it would be a month until we could move in. The type as'terrace' isn't absolute, I just entered it as the most likely option.
