We are a couple seeking a house or roomy flat to rent after Christmas 08/January 09. We are looking for a two bed house as we want to turn one bedroom into a studio and would also like a garden or outside space of some sort as one of us is a keen gardener. We are looking in the Montpelier/St.Pauls area although would happily view most properties within a half hour walking distance of the city centre. We do not have any pets and both smoke although given the right house we would be happy to do so outside. We don't require parking as neither of us drives. We would ideally like to rent from a private landlord rather than an agency but all responses to this ad are welcome. Thank you. : )
