Seperate dining room with seating for 6 guests.Glass curtains that slide and bi fold Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons washing machine,dishwasher,microwave. Level 1 Bedroom with a kingsize bed and a full en-suite.You can access the terrace area from this room and take in the lovely views of the spanish groves.You can see the most amazing sunsets.The other access onto the terrace area is from top of the stairs.The terrace area has outdoor rattan furniture a large parasol to shade you from the midday sun and a bbq set. Level 2 Inside is a small mezzanine area that has a lounger and a cushion for you to relax out of the sun and read a book.We have books for you to borrow. Level 2 Terrace area gets the sun all day and sunbeds are provided. The house is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. There is a £100 deposit that is refundable.
