I have a house to let with 2 double bedrooms of which one with an ensuite. Additional bathroom room toilet and shower down stairs. The house is fully furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge freezer microwave also dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an additional freezer. The house is connected to wireless broadband and sky TV. The Living room/dining is 25”sq and conservatory 15” by 15”. Parking is normally always available outside. The house has a small front garden low maintenance rear garden. There is also a solid structure at the bottom of the garden which could make a good office. The house is close to the town and public transport. Also close to the A2/M2 for commuters to London. I don’t mind letting the whole house or the two double bedrooms. • As rooms the rent would be £95 for the ensuite bedroom and £80 for the double bedroom. Utility bills would be included. • Renting the whole house would be £700 per month + bills both options will require a deposit not refundable. Notice by either party would be one month + one month rent up front. No time wasters please
