The house is double glazed, the number of visitors to the playground minimal and therefore you wouldn't really know it was there! I also have a tented gazebo in the garden which is perfect for summer outdoor dining with a bit of privacy and warmth! There is a convenience store within 2 mins walking distance, together with a public house and there is a bus into Wokingham and Reading which runs from the end of the road.
